Heidi Knight School of Dance is excited to announce our partnership with Darby’s Dancers – Inclusive Performing Arts

as a charter studio!

Darby’s Dancers is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to bringing the joy of the performing arts to as many children and young adults with physical and intellectual disabilities as possible - at little to no cost to the dancer or their families.

Named for founders Valerie and Patrick Jones’s daughter, Darby Emma Jones, Darby’s Dancers honors Darby’s legacy of strength, joy, inspiration, kindness, and love through her passion for dance. No matter the disability, the Darby’s Dancers National Organization encourages and welcomes children of all ages to experience the benefits of performing arts through adaptable dance classes.

“Be brave like me!” were Darby’s inspiring words for anyone facing a challenge and we at HKSD are beyond proud to ‘Be brave like Darby’ and open our doors in February 2025 to share our passion for dance with adaptable dance classes for all!
